📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple auto component or automobile manufacturing plants
• Own consolidated manufacturing P and L including productivity, cost, quality, and capital efficiency
• Define and execute multi-year manufacturing strategy including capacity, technology, and footprint decisions
• Lead greenfield and brownfield plant expansion projects including site selection and CapEx approval
• Represent manufacturing at board, investor, and customer senior management reviews
• Drive organisation-wide lean, TPM, and Six Sigma programs with measurable financial impact
• Lead top-tier customer relationship management and resolve major program escalations
• Develop plant manager and senior leadership talent pipeline across the manufacturing organisation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you led manufacturing operations across multiple plants in the auto component or automobile sector?
• Do you have experience owning a consolidated manufacturing P and L exceeding Rs.500 crore in revenue?
• Have you led or overseen greenfield plant setup or major capacity expansion projects?
• Are you experienced presenting manufacturing performance and strategy to board-level or investor audiences?
• Have you managed top-tier OEM customer relationships at a senior level including major program escalations?
• Have you designed and executed multi-year manufacturing transformation programs including lean or TPM adoption?
• Do you have experience developing and mentoring Plant Managers and senior manufacturing leaders?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
