- Lead manufacturing operations across multiple plants in the private steel or metal group including production, quality, maintenance, EHS, and supply chain functions
- Own EBITDA accountability for the manufacturing division including cost, yield, OEE, and capital efficiency metrics
- Define and execute manufacturing strategy including capacity expansion, product portfolio planning, and technology upgrades
- Drive group-level programmes for OEE improvement, energy cost reduction, yield enhancement, and digital manufacturing adoption
- Build and develop plant management teams across locations through structured leadership pipelines and succession planning
- Represent manufacturing at board level, with customers, at investor presentations, and during regulatory interactions
- Lead greenfield plant setup or brownfield expansion projects from concept through commissioning and ramp-up
