• Develop structured question banks covering multiple choice, short answer, and long-form questions across difficulty levels for digital learning platforms.
• Map content to specific learning objectives using Bloom's taxonomy to ensure educational effectiveness of every module developed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy, pedagogical alignment, and grade-appropriate language.
• Review and edit draft content from peer writers, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and curriculum alignment across the content library.
• Incorporate feedback from academic quality review teams to iteratively improve content quality before publication on the learning platform.
• Research the latest board syllabus updates and curriculum changes to ensure all content remains current, accurate, and examination-ready.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any subject with demonstrably strong subject knowledge relevant to K-12 curriculum: Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, or English.
• Ability to write clear, age-appropriate educational content in grammatically correct English with zero tolerance for factual errors.
• Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or Tamil Nadu State Board syllabi and an understanding of grade-level learning expectations.
