📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound student and parent inquiries about the company's online learning programs, conducting needs assessment conversations to recommend suitable courses.
• Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments by clearly communicating the platform's value proposition, course outcomes, and pricing through structured sales conversations.
• Conduct virtual or phone product demonstrations of the learning platform, walking prospective students through course content, features, and the learning experience.
• Manage assigned lead pipelines in CRM systems such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM, maintaining accurate lead status and follow-up records.
• Follow up with leads through multi-touch outreach including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain engagement and guide students toward enrollment decisions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets and revenue quotas assigned by the academic counseling team leader.
• Provide post-enrollment support by coordinating onboarding information, platform access, and initial program guidance to newly enrolled students.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills and a genuine interest in education and student guidance.
• Comfortable conducting structured counseling and sales conversations with students and parents over phone and video call.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management; hands-on experience with LeadSquared or Zoho is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to consistently meet or exceed enrollment conversion quotas in a competitive EdTech sales environment.
• Ability to understand and articulate the features and academic benefits of the company's online learning products clearly to varied student audiences.
• Strong empathy and listening skills to understand student aspirations and academic challenges and match them accurately to available course offerings.
• Willingness to work in shift-based or extended-hours counseling operations during peak enrollment seasons such as admission cycles or batch launch periods.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
