📌 Key Responsibilities

• Produce 2D and 3D educational animation videos that visualise abstract academic concepts for K-12, NEET, JEE, or skill development content.
• Design and animate explainer video sequences using After Effects, Adobe Animate, or Blender to supplement academic video lessons with visual concept reinforcement.
• Create motion graphics assets for educational infographic videos, course introductions, and learning platform promotional content.
• Collaborate with academic SMEs and instructional designers to develop animation briefs that accurately represent complex scientific, mathematical, or historical concepts.
• Rig and animate simple educational characters or mascots for platform onboarding videos, gamification elements, and course navigation interfaces.
• Composite animation with voice-over, music, and text overlays to produce finished educational video assets ready for LMS or YouTube delivery.
• Manage rendering workflows for animation projects, optimising file sizes and export settings for smooth mobile and web video playback.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or Multimedia from a recognised institution.
• Hands-on proficiency in at least one 2D animation tool such as Adobe Animate or After Effects, and basic familiarity with a 3D package such as Blender or Maya.
• Portfolio demonstrating completed animated video projects, preferably including educational or explainer video work.
• Ability to collaborate with academic content teams to translate abstract concepts into accurate, visually engaging animation sequences.
• Understanding of animation principles including timing, easing, and motion design as applied to information and educational video content.
• Proficiency in video compositing, adding voice-over, music, captions, and text elements to create polished finished video assets.
• Ability to manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet content production calendar deadlines.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
