📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-camera academic lessons for K-12 or competitive exam preparation courses recorded in a studio or green-screen environment.
• Present content from approved scripts and storyboards with clarity, accuracy, and an engaging teaching style appropriate for the target student age group.
• Participate in multiple recording sessions per day, maintaining consistent energy, pace, and diction across extended studio recording schedules.
• Collaborate with content writers and instructional designers to review scripts before recording and flag any academic inaccuracies or unclear explanations.
• Record re-takes and correction segments promptly when production teams flag errors in delivered content, maintaining production timeline integrity.
• Host live online classes or doubt-clearing sessions for enrolled students on the company's platform, providing real-time academic support.
• Build a consistent on-screen persona that aligns with the platform's academic brand and resonates with the target student demographic.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Sc. or B.Ed. in a relevant subject with demonstrable on-camera teaching ability; B.Sc. with strong subject command and camera comfort also considered.
• Fluent spoken English with clear diction, natural pacing, and the ability to adapt explanation complexity to the target learner level.
• Comfortable working in a studio recording environment including teleprompter use, multiple-take recording, and following production direction.
• Subject mastery in at least one K-12 or competitive exam domain: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or English.
• Prior experience as a school teacher, coaching faculty, academic tutor, or on-camera presenter is a strong advantage.
• Positive, energetic screen presence that communicates enthusiasm for the subject and keeps students engaged through recorded video lessons.
• Willingness to record across extended studio sessions, participate in re-takes as required, and meet production output targets reliably.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
