📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship for assigned staffing accounts by acting as the primary point of contact for all mandate, delivery, compliance, and escalation matters
• Receive and brief new recruitment mandates from clients, translate requirements into clear job specifications, and deploy recruiter teams for timely delivery
• Monitor delivery performance for each active mandate, identify bottlenecks in sourcing or submission quality, and work with the team to resolve gaps urgently
• Negotiate staffing service agreements, rate cards, payment terms, and SLA parameters with client procurement and HR teams for new and renewing engagements
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts by understanding client growth plans and proactively proposing relevant staffing solutions
• Manage client escalations, delivery complaints, and service quality issues by coordinating internally and presenting resolution plans within agreed response timelines
• Prepare and present monthly delivery reports, billing summaries, and performance dashboards to client HR and procurement stakeholders

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 2 to 6 years of client relationship management or account management experience at a staffing, HR outsourcing, or recruitment services firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow staffing accounts independently, covering mandate management, delivery oversight, commercial negotiation, and client retention
• Strong understanding of staffing business models including permanent recruitment, contract staffing, and RPO, with the ability to position relevant service offerings to clients
• Commercial acumen for negotiating rate cards, reviewing margins, managing contract terms, and identifying revenue growth opportunities across assigned accounts
• Experience monitoring recruitment delivery metrics and working with internal teams to resolve submission quality, conversion rate, and turnaround time issues
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills for building trusted partnerships with client HR heads, business leaders, and procurement managers
• Exposure to preparing client reports, SLA dashboards, and billing reconciliation summaries that demonstrate delivery value and support account retention discussions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
