📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities for the firm's permanent recruitment, contract staffing, RPO, payroll outsourcing, and HR consulting service lines
• Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, industry events, referral networks, and collaboration with internal delivery teams on expansion opportunities
• Meet prospective client HR heads and procurement teams to understand talent challenges, present relevant staffing solutions, and differentiate the firm's capabilities
• Prepare customised proposals, rate cards, and service agreements for prospective clients and lead commercial negotiations through to contract signing
• Build a qualified sales pipeline and manage the full business development cycle from lead identification through proposal, negotiation, and onboarding of new accounts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets and present pipeline status and win-loss analysis to the leadership team regularly
• Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and maintain involvement through the initial delivery stabilisation phase

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or equivalent with 3 to 8 years of business development or sales experience in the staffing, HR outsourcing, or recruitment services industry
• Demonstrated track record of new client acquisition with measurable revenue targets achieved across permanent staffing, contract staffing, or HR consulting service lines
• Strong understanding of staffing and HR service models to position relevant solutions to prospects based on their talent challenges and business context
• Excellent consultative selling and proposal writing skills with the ability to customise service offerings and commercial terms for different client segments
• Experience managing a business development pipeline in CRM tools and reporting on lead progression, conversion rates, and revenue forecast to leadership
• Commercial negotiation skills for finalising staffing rate cards, service agreements, SLA terms, and payment structures with client procurement and HR teams
• A professional network within Coimbatore's corporate HR and procurement community that generates referrals, introductions, and warm prospecting opportunities
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
