📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping exercises for C-suite, VP, and senior director-level mandates by identifying relevant executives across target companies, industries, and geographies
• Build comprehensive long lists of potential candidates for executive search mandates using LinkedIn, business databases, professional networks, and internal research tools
• Reach out to identified senior executives through personalised LinkedIn InMail and email outreach to assess interest in confidential mandates on behalf of clients
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and market intelligence reports summarising executive landscape, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability for client briefings
• Maintain confidentiality of all executive search mandates, candidate information, and client company identities throughout the research and outreach process
• Support lead consultants in scheduling introductory calls between shortlisted executive candidates and search principals after establishing initial interest
• Build and maintain a proprietary executive database across industries, functional areas, and leadership levels for use across current and future search assignments

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 0 to 3 years of talent research, executive search, or competitive intelligence experience at an executive search firm or staffing company
• Strong LinkedIn proficiency for identifying senior executive profiles, navigating organisational hierarchies, and conducting targeted outreach through InMail
• Ability to build structured talent maps showing the leadership landscape across target organisations, sectors, and geographies for senior-level search mandates
• Excellent written communication for crafting professional and personalised outreach messages to C-suite and VP-level executives on sensitive search assignments
• High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential executive search mandates, candidate conversations, and client information
• Analytical and research-oriented mindset for building comprehensive long lists, preparing market intelligence summaries, and tracking executive movements
• Organised database management approach for maintaining accurate and up-to-date executive research records across multiple concurrent search assignments
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
