📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HR dashboards in Power BI and Excel covering headcount, attrition, hiring velocity, leave utilisation, and engagement scores for client reporting
• Extract and clean HR data from HRIS platforms and payroll systems to prepare accurate datasets for monthly, quarterly, and annual people analytics reports
• Conduct attrition analysis by examining exit data, tenure patterns, department trends, and voluntary versus involuntary separations to surface actionable insights
• Prepare manpower reports including active headcount, open positions, offer-to-join data, probation confirmation rates, and diversity metrics for client HR leadership
• Develop predictive attrition models and workforce demand forecasts using historical HR data to support client workforce planning and talent retention decisions
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR business partners, staffing operations, and client management teams by extracting and presenting relevant HR metrics
• Maintain data governance standards for HR datasets including consistent field definitions, data cleaning protocols, and version control for all analytical reports

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or any discipline with 0 to 4 years of HR analytics or people analytics experience at an HR firm or corporate HR team
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation for HR data analysis and reporting
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards for HR reporting covering headcount, attrition, hiring, and workforce composition metrics
• Ability to extract HR data from HRIS platforms, clean raw data, and structure datasets for analytical reporting without requiring extensive IT support
• Understanding of key HR metrics and their business implications including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, attrition rate, engagement scores, and manpower cost ratios
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset for identifying trends in HR data, generating hypotheses about root causes, and presenting findings clearly to non-analytical stakeholders
• Good communication skills for presenting HR analytics insights to HR business partners, leadership teams, and clients in a clear and decision-relevant format
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
