📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for contract staff deployed at client sites including document collection, background verification, ID issuance, and induction scheduling
• Maintain contractor databases with up-to-date deployment details, contract tenure, renewal dates, client allocation, and compensation information
• Track daily and monthly attendance for deployed contract workers by coordinating with client site supervisors and consolidating attendance records for payroll processing
• Coordinate contract renewals, extensions, and cancellations with client account managers and ensure timely documentation of all contract changes
• Manage PO issuance, invoice submission, and payment follow-up for deployed contract staff billing in coordination with the firm's accounts team
• Ensure statutory compliance for contract workers including PF, ESI enrolment, and labour licence requirements under the Contract Labour Act
• Respond to client and contractor queries on deployment terms, attendance discrepancies, invoice status, and HR documentation requirements promptly

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 0 to 3 years of contract workforce management, staffing operations, or HR operations experience at a staffing firm
• Understanding of the contract staffing business model including client deployment, contractor onboarding, attendance management, and billing processes
• Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for contract workers under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, PF, and ESI regulations
• Experience maintaining contractor databases and tracking multiple deployed contract workers across client sites with accurate status and tenure records
• Ability to coordinate with client site supervisors for attendance data collection and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission deadlines
• Basic understanding of PO management, invoice preparation, and payment tracking for contract staffing billing cycles with client finance teams
• Good organisational and communication skills for managing contract renewals, coordinating with multiple client contacts, and resolving contractor queries
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
