📌 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client business leaders and department heads to provide strategic HR guidance on talent, performance, engagement, and workforce planning matters
• Design and facilitate the performance management process for client accounts including goal-setting frameworks, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal cycles
• Develop and implement workforce planning models for clients to forecast hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and build talent pipelines aligned to business growth plans
• Handle complex employee relations cases including disciplinary proceedings, grievance investigations, and performance improvement plan management for client organisations
• Analyse HR data and generate people analytics reports covering attrition trends, engagement scores, hiring velocity, and workforce demographics for client leadership
• Design and implement HR policies, compensation benchmarks, and talent development frameworks tailored to each client organisation's size and business context
• Build trusted relationships with client HR heads and business leaders, positioning the staffing firm as a strategic HR partner beyond transactional recruitment services

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA HR with 3 to 8 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or senior HR generalist roles at a staffing firm, HR consultancy, or corporate HR team
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing performance management systems including goal-setting, appraisal moderation, and career development frameworks
• Strong workforce planning and HR analytics capability with the ability to build headcount models, attrition forecasts, and talent pipeline reports from HR data
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinary processes, grievance investigations, and sensitive separation management
• Client advisory skills with the ability to present HR recommendations, benchmark data, and strategic talent insights to senior business leaders credibly
• Deep knowledge of Indian employment law, HR compliance requirements, and labour regulation applicable to the firm's client sectors in Tamil Nadu
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills for building trusted advisory relationships with client HR and business leadership teams
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
