📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store-level accounts in Tally ERP including daily sales entries, purchase vouchers, and expense ledgers
• Reconcile daily POS cash, card settlement reports, and EMI disbursements with bank and system records
• Process vendor invoices for electronics stock, accessories, and store consumables and coordinate payment approvals
• Record GST purchases and sales entries accurately and maintain input tax credit records for the store
• Manage petty cash disbursements, maintain voucher files, and reconcile petty cash at month end
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts summary reports for the store manager and corporate accounts team
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing reconciliation statements and supporting documentation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent commerce graduate from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of accounts experience in a retail or electronics trading company
• Proficiency in Tally ERP for day-to-day store accounts management
• Good understanding of GST accounting applicable to consumer electronics sales and purchases
• Accuracy and attention to detail for daily reconciliation and financial reporting tasks
• Familiarity with EMI and finance disbursement reconciliation specific to electronics retail transactions
• Basic MS Excel skills for accounts data management and report preparation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
