📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage PandL performance across a cluster of electronics retail stores in the assigned area
• Set and review store-level sales targets and coach store managers to achieve area revenue goals
• Plan and execute area-level promotional campaigns in coordination with brand partners and category teams
• Support new store launches within the area including pre-opening setup, staffing, and initial sales ramp-up
• Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards, team performance, and planogram compliance
• Monitor competitor activity across the area and submit market intelligence reports to regional management
• Manage area headcount planning and talent pipeline development with HR support

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Retail Management, Sales, or Business Administration from a recognised institution
• Five to twelve years of electronics or consumer durables retail experience with at least three years managing multiple stores
• Proven track record of delivering multi-store area sales targets in a consumer electronics retail environment
• Strong coaching and performance management skills for developing store manager capabilities
• Deep understanding of electronics retail PandL, category performance management, and shrinkage control
• Willingness to travel across the assigned area on a regular basis to conduct store reviews
• Experience managing brand partner relationships at the area level is a significant advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
