📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect corporate and institutional clients in Coimbatore for bulk electronics purchases including laptops, projectors, and office equipment
• Prepare and submit customised bulk purchase quotations and respond to corporate RFQ and tender enquiries
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT managers, purchase heads, and procurement officers at client organisations
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules for bulk corporate electronics orders
• Process B2B purchase orders and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for timely delivery
• Cross-sell across electronics categories to maximise wallet share from existing institutional clients
• Prepare B2B account performance reports covering revenue, order pipeline, and client activity for the sales manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university; MBA or B.Tech is an advantage
• Zero to four years of B2B or institutional sales experience; consumer electronics or IT hardware background preferred
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Ability to prepare professional quotations and negotiate bulk purchase pricing with corporate buyers
• Good understanding of corporate electronics procurement workflows including RFQ and purchase order processes
• Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and occasionally outstation for client meetings and presentations
• Proficiency in MS Office for quotation preparation, order tracking, and account performance reporting
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
