• Track repair turnaround time for all open job cards and follow up with technicians or service centres to avoid delays
• Update customers proactively on service status, spare parts availability, and estimated repair completion timelines
• Process warranty claim submissions to brand portals and track claim approval and reimbursement status
• Handle customer escalations related to repair delays, unresolved faults, or repeat complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate records of all service job cards, warranty claims, and customer communication for management reporting

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of experience in after-sales service coordination or customer service in electronics retail
• Familiarity with warranty claim processing procedures and service job card management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English for customer and service centre coordination
• Ability to follow up firmly with internal and external stakeholders to meet service turnaround time targets
• Good computer skills for updating service management software and generating status reports
• Patience and empathy for handling customers facing product issues and repair delays
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
