📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the store or chain CRM system to maintain accurate and updated customer profiles and purchase history
• Enrol customers in the loyalty program at point of sale and ensure correct point assignment for each transaction
• Execute post-purchase outreach including satisfaction calls, feedback collection, and repurchase engagement
• Plan and coordinate loyalty campaign activities including birthday offers, anniversary rewards, and tier upgrade communications
• Identify lapsed and inactive customers and coordinate reactivation campaigns via SMS, email, and outbound calls
• Segment customer databases by purchase category, value, and frequency to target relevant promotional offers
• Prepare CRM and loyalty program performance reports covering enrolment rate, redemption, and customer retention metrics

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of experience in CRM management, loyalty program coordination, or customer retention marketing
• Proficiency in CRM software platforms and customer database management
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English for post-purchase outreach and customer engagement calls
• Analytical mindset for customer segmentation and loyalty KPI reporting
• Familiarity with SMS and email marketing tools for loyalty campaign execution
• Attention to detail for accurate point assignment, redemption processing, and customer record maintenance
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
