📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day branch accounts including interest income, expense booking, and vendor payments
• Reconcile interest income and loan portfolio figures between branch records and the core accounting system
• Ensure GST compliance for applicable services and support monthly return filing requirements
• Process vendor payments for branch operational expenses including rent, utilities, and security services
• Perform bank reconciliation and support month-end closing activities for assigned branches
• Prepare MIS reports on branch expenses, income, and budget variance for regional management review
• Support internal and statutory audit requirements with accurate branch financial documentation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com with 0-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in banking, NBFC, or branch-network businesses
• Working knowledge of GST compliance and standard accounting procedures
• Familiarity with ERP accounting software for transaction processing and reporting
• Understanding of interest income reconciliation concepts specific to lending businesses
• Good analytical skills for bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities
• Attention to detail for vendor payment processing and expense documentation
• Ability to prepare clear MIS reports for regional management review
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
