📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, business targets, and compliance across a cluster of gold loan branches
• Coach and mentor branch managers to improve loan disbursement, portfolio quality, and customer service
• Monitor branch-level portfolio quality, overdue accounts, and audit compliance across the assigned area
• Drive recruitment and staffing decisions for branches within the assigned cluster
• Review branch P&L performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth
• Ensure all branches in the area comply with RBI regulations, company policy, and audit requirements
• Report area performance, risks, and growth opportunities to regional management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 5-12 years of progressive branch operations experience in NBFC or banking, including branch management
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple branches and achieving business targets
• Strong coaching and people management skills for developing branch managers
• Good understanding of portfolio quality metrics, audit compliance, and RBI regulatory requirements
• Analytical skills for reviewing branch P&L and identifying improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for regional management interaction
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned branch cluster
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
