📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own full branch P&L including loan disbursement targets, interest income, and operating cost management
• Lead and develop the branch team including gold loan officers, appraisers, cashiers, and support staff
• Drive local business development activities to grow the branch's customer base and loan portfolio
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely action on overdue accounts in coordination with collections
• Ensure full branch compliance with RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and internal audit requirements
• Build relationships with key local customers, jewellers, and community stakeholders to drive referral business
• Maintain audit readiness at all times and lead branch preparation for internal and RBI inspections

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 4-10 years of progressive gold loan or NBFC branch operations experience
• Demonstrated track record of achieving branch business targets and managing P&L
• Strong team leadership and staff development skills for managing a diverse branch team
• Good understanding of portfolio quality management and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent customer relationship and local business development skills
• Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections at branch level
• Ability to make sound decisions independently while adhering to company policy
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
