📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations including loan processing, cash management, and customer service
• Coordinate branch staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all operational functions
• Track daily and monthly business targets for loan disbursement and customer acquisition
• Handle escalated customer complaints and service issues that front-line staff cannot resolve
• Oversee cash and vault management in coordination with the cashier and vault custodian
• Monitor branch compliance with KYC/AML norms and internal audit requirements
• Prepare daily and weekly branch performance reports for the branch manager or area office

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 2-6 years of gold loan or NBFC branch operations experience
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a small team and coordinate daily branch activities
• Good understanding of gold loan processing, KYC compliance, and cash management procedures
• Strong customer service and escalation handling skills
• Basic reporting and MS Office skills for daily and weekly branch reporting
• Ability to step into the Branch Manager's responsibilities during their absence
• Trustworthy with a clean background given oversight of cash and vault operations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
