📌 Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on overdue interest payments and loan instalments through calls and field visits
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers facing temporary financial difficulty
• Track and update overdue account status in the collections or loan management software
• Coordinate with the branch team to identify accounts at risk of moving to recovery stage
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers during collection follow-ups
• Prepare daily and weekly collections reports for branch and area management review
• Escalate persistently overdue accounts to the recovery executive as per company policy

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 0-3 years of collections, telecalling, or customer follow-up experience
• Good negotiation and communication skills for handling sensitive repayment conversations
• Patience and professionalism when dealing with customers facing financial difficulty
• Basic computer proficiency for collections software and reporting
• Target orientation for reducing overdue accounts within assigned timelines
• Willingness to make field visits for high-value overdue accounts when required
• Trustworthy and process-compliant approach to collections activities
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
