📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries for all real estate project transactions in Tally ERP.
• Process accounts payable for subcontractor bills, vendor invoices, and operational expenses with proper approvals.
• Handle GST computation, monthly returns filing, and reconciliation of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for project entities.
• Conduct bank reconciliation statements for all project and corporate accounts on a monthly basis.
• Compute and file TDS deductions on subcontractor payments, professional fees, and rental transactions.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on project receipts, expenditures, and outstanding payables and receivables.
• Coordinate with the CA firm for quarterly and annual financial statement finalization and audit support.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com. or M.Com. with 1 to 5 years of accounting experience in a real estate or construction company.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime with experience in voucher entry, ledger management, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GST provisions applicable to real estate: under-construction property, land transactions, and commercial leasing.
• Experience with TDS computation and filing returns including Form 26Q and 24Q.
• Good understanding of real estate project accounting including receipt accounting for installments and construction-linked payments.
• MS Excel proficiency for MIS preparation and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of real estate project entity structures and inter-company accounting is an advantage.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
