📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of real estate brokers and channel partners across Coimbatore for project sales.
• Onboard new broker firms onto the developer's channel partner programme with documentation and project briefings.
• Organize regular broker meets, site visit activations, and project update sessions to keep the network engaged.
• Track channel partner-sourced leads, site visits, and bookings and process brokerage payouts on closures.
• Ensure channel partners are RERA-registered and compliant as per Tamil Nadu real estate regulations.
• Coordinate channel partner feedback on project pricing, competition offerings, and buyer objections to the sales head.
• Manage channel partner incentive schemes including tiered brokerage structures and additional performance bonuses.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 3 to 8 years of experience in channel partner management or real estate sales.
• Established network of real estate brokers and channel partner firms in Coimbatore is a strong advantage.
• Experience designing and managing broker incentive structures and channel partner programmes.
• Knowledge of RERA regulations for agent registration and compliant channel partner brokerage practices.
• Strong relationship management and networking skills for engaging and retaining a large broker community.
• Proficiency in tracking channel partner performance using CRM tools and preparing activation reports.
• Good presentation skills for conducting project briefing sessions and broker activations.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
