📌 Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with home buyers on pending EMI installments and construction-linked payment plan dues.
• Call and visit customers to remind them of upcoming and overdue payment obligations for booked units.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to confirm receipt of payments and update collection records accurately.
• Generate and dispatch demand notices and reminder letters for customers with delayed payment schedules.
• Handle customer objections regarding payment delays due to home loan disbursement delays or personal reasons.
• Escalate accounts with significant overdues to the CRM Manager and legal team for further action.
• Maintain daily collection MIS reports tracking demand raised, collected, and outstanding balances per project.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in B.Com., BBA, or any stream with 0 to 3 years of experience in collections or follow-up roles.
• Prior experience in real estate payment collections, bank loan recovery, or NBFC collection roles is preferred.
• Comfortable with making persistent follow-up calls and visits while maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining collection trackers and MIS reports.
• Understanding of construction-linked payment plans and home loan disbursement processes is an advantage.
• Good negotiation skills to arrange payment plans for customers facing temporary financial difficulty.
• Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer financial information.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
