📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and set the long-term vision for the real estate company's growth and market positioning.
• Oversee the entire business including land acquisition, project development, sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Drive portfolio-level P&L performance ensuring the company meets revenue, margin, and delivery commitments.
• Lead investor relations, joint venture partnerships, and financial institution relationships for project funding.
• Define organizational structure and build senior leadership teams capable of scaling company operations.
• Represent the company with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and media as the primary spokesperson.
• Set corporate governance standards and ensure RERA, SEBI (if listed), and statutory compliance across all entities.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a premier institution and/or B.E. Civil Engineering with 20 to 35 years of real estate leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading a real estate development company or a major division with significant portfolio scale.
• Deep expertise across real estate functions including project development, sales, finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing investor relationships, JV partnerships, and institutional funding for large development projects.
• Board governance experience and ability to work with promoters, investors, and independent directors.
• Vision and strategic acumen to identify market opportunities in Coimbatore's evolving real estate landscape.
• Strong public presence and ability to represent the company's brand and values externally.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
