📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and financial performance of a cluster of budget hotel properties across Coimbatore or South India.
• Lead and develop individual hotel managers across the cluster, setting performance targets and reviewing P and L outcomes.
• Develop cluster-level revenue strategy including pricing, OTA mix, corporate sales, and seasonality planning.
• Conduct regular property visits and operational audits to ensure brand standards, compliance, and service quality.
• Manage owner and investor relations for each property in the cluster, presenting performance reports and plans.
• Identify capital improvement needs, plan renovations, and coordinate with owners on property investment decisions.
• Drive cluster-level talent acquisition, management development, and succession planning across hotel properties.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• BHM from a recognised hotel management institute and/or MBA from a recognised business school.
• 10 to 20 years of hotel management experience with at least 3 to 5 years as a hotel manager or general manager.
• Demonstrated multi-property or cluster management experience in a budget or economy hotel chain.
• Strong P and L management, revenue strategy, and operational audit capabilities across multiple hotel properties.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for owner relations, management company reporting, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of budget hotel brand compliance, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the cluster of properties for operational visits and performance reviews.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Diploma or Graduate in Hotel Management (BHM/DHM) from AICTE-approved institutes for management trainee and supervisory roles; 12th pass or Graduate for housekeeping, front office, and F and B service roles; FSSAI food handler certification for F and B production staff; basic computer skills and Opera PMS or similar hotel property management system training for front office; first aid and fire safety certification for hotel operations staff; spoken English and Tamil for guest-facing roles; knowledge of OTA (online travel agency) booking portals and revenue management basics for front office roles
