📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations including the hotel restaurant, breakfast buffet, room service, and banquet functions.
• Develop and manage the F and B budget including revenue targets, food cost percentage, and labour cost controls.
• Plan and standardise menus for the restaurant, breakfast, room service, and banquet functions in consultation with the kitchen head.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the F and B service team to deliver consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure FSSAI compliance, food safety audits, and kitchen hygiene standards across all F and B operations.
• Monitor daily cover counts, revenue, and average check performance against budget targets and address shortfalls.
• Coordinate vendor empanelment, purchase orders, and stock management for food and beverage procurement.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM) from an AICTE-approved or recognised hotel management institute.
• 3 to 8 years of progressive F and B experience in a hotel with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or outlet manager role.
• Practical knowledge of F and B cost control, menu planning, food safety management, and F and B team leadership.
• FSSAI food safety management knowledge and experience in maintaining compliance documentation.
• Good English and Tamil communication for team management, vendor interaction, and guest-facing service oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or hotel management software for F and B revenue tracking and cost reporting.
• Willingness to cover operational shifts and manage F and B service directly during team shortfalls.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
