📌 Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests during their stay to proactively gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with room and services.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy, offer appropriate service recovery actions, and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Recognise and acknowledge repeat guests, record preferences, and coordinate personalised touches within budget hotel limits.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls or messages for confirmed bookings to confirm requirements and manage guest expectations.
• Maintain guest history records in the property management system for improved service on future visits.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews on OTA platforms and feedback portals in coordination with the duty manager.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and food and beverage teams to fulfil special guest requests promptly.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM) from a recognised hotel management institute.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good spoken English and Tamil with a warm and professional communication style for guest interaction.
• Basic knowledge of hotel guest feedback systems, complaint handling procedures, and service recovery techniques.
• Familiarity with OTA review portals and online reputation management basics is an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident interpersonal skills suitable for a guest-facing hotel role.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to cover peak occupancy periods.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
