📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QSR store operations across an assigned cluster of five to twelve outlets within a Coimbatore or Tamil Nadu zone.
• Review weekly and monthly P and L performance of each store and implement improvement actions for underperforming locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit brand standards, food safety compliance, crew performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop store managers within the cluster to improve operational capability and financial accountability.
• Support new QSR outlet openings including pre-opening readiness, crew hiring, training, and operational stabilisation.
• Coordinate with central supply chain, marketing, and HR functions on cluster-level operational requirements.
• Present cluster performance, competitive insights, and expansion recommendations to the regional or operations director.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• BHM or MBA with operations or hospitality management specialisation from a recognised institution is required.
• Four to ten years of QSR or food service operations experience with at least two years as a store manager or above.
• Demonstrated multi-store P and L management with verifiable financial improvement across a store cluster portfolio.
• Strong coaching and leadership capability to develop a team of store managers and raise outlet-level talent quality.
• Deep familiarity with Coimbatore's QSR market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and zone-specific operational challenges.
• Experience supporting new outlet launches including pre-opening planning, team setup, and early operations management.
• Proficiency in QSR chain MIS dashboards, business review formats, and performance reporting at area management level.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
