📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in daily outlet operations covering shift management, crew supervision, and customer service.
• Manage the outlet independently during the store manager's days off or leave periods with full operational responsibility.
• Supervise all crew members across kitchen, counter, and delivery functions and ensure brand SOP adherence throughout.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new crew members including station certification and food safety induction.
• Monitor daily food cost, wastage, and inventory levels and report variances to the store manager with root cause analysis.
• Handle customer complaints at the outlet level and escalate those requiring financial recovery to the store manager.
• Complete daily MIS reports on sales, shift performance, crew attendance, and operational incidents for management review.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree or BHM from a recognised institution is preferred; strong performance as shift supervisor is also considered.
• One to four years of QSR or food service operations experience with demonstrated team leadership ability.
• Knowledge of QSR outlet operations including food cost monitoring, crew scheduling, FSSAI compliance, and POS functions.
• Ability to manage a full outlet team of fifteen to twenty-five staff members independently during the manager's absence.
• Good analytical skills to review daily sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate crew, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team environment.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting tools, QSR management dashboards, and shift documentation used at the outlet level.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
