📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate the QSR POS billing system to generate accurate transaction records for all dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
• Collect payment from customers through cash, card, UPI, and brand loyalty app payment modes accurately.
• Verify digital payment confirmations and card authorisations before releasing orders to the customer or packing team.
• Apply promotional discounts, coupon codes, and combo pricing correctly to each transaction without manual overrides.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare a shift cash summary report for the supervisor.
• Handle customer billing queries, explain charges courteously, and escalate disputed transactions to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain a secure cash drawer with no shortfalls and follow the brand's cash-handling SOPs at all times.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass certificate required; commerce background is preferred but not mandatory for QSR cashier roles.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail for cash counting, change-giving, and daily reconciliation.
• Familiarity with POS systems, UPI interfaces, and card payment terminals used in modern QSR operations.
• Honest and trustworthy character with a clean track record for cash-handling positions is essential.
• Ability to handle billing transactions quickly during peak rush periods without errors or customer delays.
• Good spoken Tamil and basic English to address billing queries and assist customers with loyalty app usage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays as required by the outlet schedule.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
