📌 Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter with brand-standard phrases and guide them through the menu to ensure an informed order.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately from walk-in and drive-through customers and enter them into the POS system.
• Upsell combo upgrades, side additions, and promotional items to increase average transaction value during each interaction.
• Handle cash, card, and UPI payment transactions accurately and issue correct change or digital confirmation to customers.
• Manage queue flow at the counter during peak periods and coordinate with kitchen staff on order readiness.
• Communicate order modifications, special requests, and allergen queries to the kitchen team without delay.
• Reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift and hand over cash drawer to the shift supervisor with accurate count.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass certificate required; freshers with customer-facing or retail experience are eligible to apply.
• Good spoken Tamil and basic English essential for taking orders and handling customer queries at the counter.
• Basic knowledge of POS billing systems or willingness to learn the outlet's billing software during onboarding.
• Neat personal presentation and a confident, service-oriented approach to customer interactions.
• Numerical accuracy for handling cash transactions, giving change, and reconciling daily sales figures.
• Ability to stay calm and process orders quickly during high-volume rush periods at busy Coimbatore QSR locations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
