📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items at the assigned kitchen station following QSR SOPs and standardised recipe cards for every item.
• Serve customers at the counter promptly, take orders accurately, and enter them into the POS billing system.
• Pack completed orders correctly with all required accompaniments, sauces, and packaging per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the assigned station throughout the shift and during shift changeovers.
• Restock packaging materials, condiments, and raw ingredients at the station to prevent delays during peak periods.
• Follow food safety and temperature check routines for all holding and preparation areas as per FSSAI guidelines.
• Support team members across stations during rush periods and coordinate with the shift supervisor on task assignments.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass certificate required; freshers with an interest in QSR or food service are eligible to apply.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and personal cleanliness as required for front-line QSR roles.
• Ability to follow QSR SOP instructions accurately and consistently under the supervision of the shift leader.
• Physical fitness to stand and work at a fast pace for extended periods across multiple shifts.
• Good spoken Tamil and basic English to communicate with customers and team members at the counter.
• Willingness to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• FSSAI food handler certificate is an advantage; training is typically provided by the employer during onboarding.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
