📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design pre-training and post-training assessment instruments including knowledge tests, skill checklists, and feedback surveys
• Administer Kirkpatrick Level 1 and Level 2 evaluations at the close of each training programme
• Compile and analyse participant feedback data and training knowledge check results
• Prepare training effectiveness reports with key findings and recommendations for the training delivery and L and D team
• Maintain an assessment database tracking evaluation scores, completion rates, and improvement trends over time
• Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to align assessments with stated learning objectives
• Support L and D business partners with training ROI data for client reporting and programme review meetings

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model
• 0 to 3 years of training assessment, evaluation, or HR analytics experience
• Ability to design clear and valid knowledge tests, skill assessments, and feedback surveys
• Good data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for compiling evaluation results
• Familiarity with survey tools such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or equivalent platforms
• Attention to detail in preparing accurate and structured training effectiveness reports
• Good communication skills in English for presenting evaluation findings to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
