📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, or equivalent authoring tools
• Implement approved storyboards into fully functional e-learning courses with branching scenarios, knowledge checks, and animations
• Integrate audio narration, graphics, video clips, and screen recordings into e-learning content
• Apply SCORM packaging and publish e-learning modules for LMS deployment and testing
• Edit and reuse existing e-learning content to incorporate client feedback and content updates
• Collaborate with instructional designers and graphic designers to ensure visual and functional quality of all modules
• Conduct quality assurance testing on published courses for navigation, scoring, and display accuracy across devices

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with hands-on proficiency in at least one e-learning authoring tool such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or Lectora
• 0 to 3 years of e-learning content development experience
• Ability to implement storyboards accurately and translate written scripts into engaging interactive modules
• Familiarity with SCORM packaging and LMS publishing standards
• Basic audio editing and graphic integration skills for multimedia e-learning production
• Attention to detail in quality assurance testing for navigation, scoring, and responsive display
• A portfolio of e-learning module samples demonstrating interactive design and multimedia integration is strongly preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
