📌 Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision, mission, and long-term growth roadmap for the private training and development company
• Own full P and L responsibility for all business lines including corporate training, e-learning, vocational, and language divisions
• Lead the senior leadership team across sales, operations, content, and L and D functions
• Drive enterprise client relationships at the MD and CEO level to anchor large long-term training contracts
• Define the company's curriculum and training IP development strategy to build durable competitive differentiation
• Represent the company at industry forums, client events, and government skill development bodies
• Lead fundraising, investment negotiations, or strategic partnership discussions for company growth and expansion

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or graduate degree with significant senior executive or entrepreneurial experience in the training and development industry
• 12 to 25 years of experience with at least 5 years in a P and L leadership, founder, or CEO role in a training company
• Demonstrated track record of building or scaling a private training business through enterprise client relationships and curriculum innovation
• Strong strategic thinking and board-level communication skills
• Deep understanding of the corporate L and D market, digital learning trends, and skill development policy environment
• Experience building high-performance leadership teams and managing multi-function organisations
• Ability to navigate client, partner, investor, and regulatory relationships simultaneously at the highest level
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Graduate or MBA HR for L and D executive and training coordinator roles; TTT (Train the Trainer) certification for all corporate trainer roles; CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) from ATD for senior L and D roles; Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate for instructional design roles; SHRM or CIPD for HR and L and D leadership roles; LMS (learning management system) administration for training operations; spoken English and Tamil for Coimbatore-based training delivery; curriculum design and needs analysis methodology for training manager roles; Six Sigma for operations and process training; knowledge of NSDC/NCVT framework for vocational training roles
