📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive corporate training curriculum frameworks covering learning objectives, module structure, content flow, and assessment plans
• Develop participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and job aids aligned with training programme goals
• Write clear and measurable learning objectives for each module using Bloom's taxonomy or equivalent frameworks
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers to validate curriculum accuracy and relevance
• Design knowledge checks, case studies, role plays, and end-of-programme assessments to evaluate learning achievement
• Review and update existing curriculum based on client feedback, industry changes, and post-training evaluation data
• Maintain a curriculum version control log and archive outdated materials systematically

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with demonstrated curriculum design or training content development experience
• 0 to 4 years of corporate training curriculum development experience
• Strong understanding of learning objectives writing using Bloom's taxonomy and programme framework design
• Ability to develop engaging and clearly structured participant workbooks and facilitator guides
• Good collaboration skills for working with SMEs and trainers to validate and refine content
• Attention to detail for ensuring curriculum consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for curriculum documentation and presentation design
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
