📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver soft skills training programmes covering communication, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette
• Facilitate classroom and virtual batches for corporate client employees across industries
• Design and adapt training content and activities to match client organisation culture and learning objectives
• Conduct pre-training needs identification and post-training feedback collection
• Assess participant learning through role plays, group activities, and written evaluations
• Prepare training reports summarising participant feedback, attendance, and learning outcomes
• Coordinate with the training operations team on scheduling, logistics, and client communication

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a Train the Trainer (TTT) certification
• 0 to 3 years of experience delivering soft skills or communication training in a corporate setting
• Strong platform skills with the ability to engage and energise diverse participant groups
• Comfortable facilitating both in-person classroom and virtual online training sessions
• Good knowledge of adult learning principles and participatory training methodology
• Fluency in English and Tamil for delivering training to Coimbatore-based corporate batches
• Willingness to travel to client locations across Coimbatore for on-site training delivery
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
