📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business development function for the training company covering enterprise client acquisition, key account growth, and new market entry
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for training product lines targeting IT, BFSI, manufacturing, and retail corporate sectors in Coimbatore and South India
• Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships with HR, L and D, and business leadership at target corporate accounts
• Lead the preparation and presentation of large training proposals, RFP responses, and pilot programme proposals for enterprise clients
• Manage a team of training sales executives and account managers to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Track business development pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue metrics and present to company leadership
• Drive strategic partnerships with content providers, assessment companies, and digital learning platform vendors

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a recognised institution
• 8 to 16 years of experience in training industry business development or corporate learning solutions sales
• Demonstrated track record of enterprise training client acquisition and revenue growth
• Strong C-suite relationship management and consultative sales skills
• Experience managing a sales team and building high-performance business development functions
• Excellent proposal writing, RFP response, and client presentation skills
• Deep understanding of the Coimbatore and South India corporate training market including key buyer personas and procurement processes
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
