📌 Key Responsibilities
- Own the courier branch P and L including revenue, volume growth, cost control, and profitability targets for all hubs under the branch
- Supervise hub in-charges across the branch's hubs to ensure daily delivery targets, SLA compliance, and COD remittance discipline
- Drive B2B client acquisition and retention by working with field sales executives and personally managing key shipper accounts
- Monitor daily branch MIS covering delivered, undelivered, RTO, and COD volumes and identify operational gaps for correction
- Manage hub-level manpower including delivery executives, sorters, and supervisors including recruitment, attendance, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with the regional operations team for linehaul scheduling, hub infrastructure requirements, and expansion plans
- Represent the branch in monthly business reviews with the area manager and present branch performance, challenges, and growth plans
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream; MBA in Logistics or Operations is an added advantage
- 3 - 8 Years of experience in courier operations, logistics branch management, or delivery operations leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing courier hub operations with P and L accountability and volume growth responsibility
- Working knowledge of courier SLA management, COD compliance, and B2B shipper relationship management
- Strong people management skills for leading delivery executives, sorters, and hub supervisors across multiple locations
- Proficiency in Excel and courier tracking systems for daily and weekly branch MIS preparation and review
- Good communication and presentation skills for business reviews with area managers and key shipper interactions
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
