📌 Key Responsibilities
- Collect e-commerce parcels assigned to the daily manifest from the delivery station and plan the beat route for timely delivery
- Deliver parcels to customer addresses within the promised delivery window and complete OTP verification for each successful delivery
- Communicate with customers via call or SMS for delivery coordination when address or contact details require clarification
- Handle COD collections accurately and maintain denominations-wise cash records for daily remittance to the hub
- Update each delivery attempt status on the e-commerce delivery app immediately after each visit to keep tracking live
- Process customer-initiated returns and exchange pickups as per the pickup manifest assigned by the hub supervisor
- Return all undelivered parcels to the delivery station with reasons documented in the app for NDR processing
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- 10th pass or 12th pass from a recognized board; Graduate candidates are also welcome
- 0 - 2 Years of experience in e-commerce delivery, parcel delivery, or field operations; freshers with valid licence welcome
- Valid LMV two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory
- Own two-wheeler preferred; strong familiarity with Coimbatore locality and lane-level address navigation
- Comfort with smartphone apps for delivery manifest management, OTP capture, and real-time status updates
- Good spoken Tamil and basic English for coordinating with e-commerce customers at delivery and pickup points
- Willingness to work six days a week with peak volume expectations during festive and sale seasons
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
