📌 Key Responsibilities
- Own the full city or regional P and L for the courier business including revenue, volume, margin, and cost targets across all branches and hubs
- Lead the regional operations management team and branch managers to deliver city-level delivery SLA, quality, and growth commitments
- Drive key account acquisition and retention by personally managing the company's largest shipper relationships in the city or region
- Develop and execute the network expansion plan for the city or region including new hub launches, linehaul route additions, and serviceability expansion
- Oversee linehaul and fleet strategy for the region ensuring cost efficiency, vehicle utilization, and connection reliability
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with the national operations and commercial leadership team
- Represent the city or region in board-level or investor-level business reviews and provide accurate performance narratives with growth plans
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA from a reputed institution with demonstrated courier or logistics leadership experience
- 8 - 16 Years of experience in courier or logistics operations with at least 3 to 4 years in a regional or city leadership role
- Proven P and L ownership track record in a multi-branch courier or logistics organization with significant delivery volume
- Deep expertise in courier network design, linehaul optimization, key account management, and operations governance at city or regional scale
- Strong senior team leadership and cross-functional management skills across operations, sales, finance, and HR functions
- Excellent communication and executive presence for senior leadership reviews, investor reporting, and key client engagement
- Strategic thinking for identifying growth opportunities, competitor gaps, and network investment priorities in the courier market
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
