📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate travel accounts ensuring retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular service review meetings with client HR, admin, and procurement contacts.
• Ensure SLA compliance by the operations team across all bookings and services for managed accounts.
• Provide clients with monthly MIS reports on travel spend, category-wise bookings, and policy adherence.
• Lead RFP responses and contract renewal negotiations for corporate travel management agreements.
• Advise corporate clients on travel policy optimisation, preferred vendor selection, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Upsell additional travel services such as MICE, visa assistance, and forex to existing corporate accounts.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or Graduate in any discipline with strong corporate account management experience.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate travel account management, TMC client servicing, or B2B sales.
• Understanding of corporate travel policies, SLA structures, and travel management contract terms.
• Strong relationship management skills for engaging with senior procurement, HR, and admin stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse travel spend data, generate client MIS reports, and present insights in business reviews.
• Experience in RFP preparation, contract negotiation, and renewal management for corporate TMC accounts.
• English and Tamil communication skills for managing Coimbatore-based corporate client relationships effectively.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
