📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound tour ground operations for FIT and group travellers arriving in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu.
• Coordinate airport meet and greet services, private transfers, and intercity transport for inbound tour clients.
• Liaise with licensed local guides, drivers, and ground service providers for sightseeing and day tours.
• Execute detailed FIT and group tour itineraries covering South India destinations including temples, beaches, and heritage sites.
• Coordinate with overseas travel agents and DMC partners on tour changes, additions, and special requests.
• Prepare ground operation cost sheets, vendor rate cards, and tour margin calculations for the operations manager.
• Handle on-ground emergency support for inbound travellers including medical assistance and itinerary changes.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or any discipline with a Diploma in Tourism from a recognised institute.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in inbound destination management, ground operations, or DMC coordination.
• Deep knowledge of South India destinations including Coimbatore, Mahabalipuram, Thanjavur, Madurai, and Ooty.
• Experience coordinating licensed tour guides, vehicle contractors, and hotel partners for inbound tour groups.
• Familiarity with FIT and group itinerary formats, ground costing, and DMC contracting structures.
• English communication skills for handling correspondence with overseas travel agents and inbound tour clients.
• Willingness to be available for on-ground support during active tour operations including evenings and weekends.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
