📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, and ground transport bookings for corporate client employees as per their travel policies.
• Process travel requisitions received through corporate booking tools or email within prescribed SLA turnaround times.
• Ensure all bookings comply with the corporate client's travel policy including preferred airline classes and hotel categories.
• Assist corporate travellers with visa documentation, travel insurance, and forex arrangement requirements.
• Maintain accurate booking records, expense data, and MIS reports for the corporate account manager.
• Handle last-minute booking changes, cancellations, and emergency rebooking for corporate travellers efficiently.
• Coordinate with airline helpdesks, hotel chains, and ground operators to resolve corporate traveller issues swiftly.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; additional GDS certification in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is strongly preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a corporate travel management company (TMC) or travel agency corporate desk.
• Proficiency in GDS platforms for airline ticketing, hotel booking, and corporate travel itinerary management.
• Good understanding of corporate travel policy structures, preferred vendor agreements, and approval workflows.
• Ability to handle high-volume booking requests with accuracy and within SLA turnaround time commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English for corporate client correspondence and query resolution.
• Familiarity with travel expense reporting tools and corporate booking management systems is an advantage.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
