📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team across copywriting and art direction functions, setting the creative vision and quality standard for all client campaigns
• Develop flagship integrated campaign concepts for the agency's most important client accounts across TV, print, digital, OOH, and activation
• Lead creative presentations for both existing client campaigns and new business pitch presentations at senior management and C-suite level
• Mentor and develop copywriters and art directors, reviewing all creative output, providing detailed craft feedback, and building team capability
• Champion award-worthy creative thinking within the agency by establishing a culture of conceptual excellence and media-neutral ideation
• Collaborate with account management leadership, brand strategists, and media planning teams to ensure creative work is strategically grounded and media-optimised
• Manage creative resource allocation across client assignments, ensuring the right talent is matched to each brief and production timelines are respected

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 6 to 14 years of advertising creative experience with a portfolio demonstrating flagship integrated campaign leadership across multiple media and categories
• Graduate in Mass Communication, Advertising, or English for copy-based creative direction; B.Des in Graphic Design or Visual Communication for art-direction-based creative leadership
• Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and developing campaign concepts that have achieved measurable brand results or industry recognition
• Strong new business pitch experience with the ability to develop compelling creative territory presentations under competitive pitch conditions
• Expert ability to brief, direct, and evaluate creative work across copywriting, art direction, design, film production, and digital content disciplines
• Excellent client presentation skills with the ability to defend creative work confidently to senior brand team and C-suite stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Tamil Nadu consumer culture, advertising language, and media landscape for agencies serving the South Indian market
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
