📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the post-booking customer journey from allotment letter issuance through construction updates to possession.
• Generate and send demand letters to customers as per the payment schedule linked to construction milestones.
• Follow up with customers on pending payment dues and coordinate with the accounts team on receipt issuance.
• Respond to customer queries regarding construction progress, possession timelines, and pending documentation.
• Maintain RERA-compliant customer files with all booking, agreement, and payment documentation accurately filed.
• Coordinate with the legal team for sale agreement execution, registration scheduling, and home loan NOC issuance.
• Handle customer escalations with empathy and ensure resolution within defined turnaround timelines.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in B.Com., BBA, or related discipline with 1 to 4 years of post-sales CRM experience.
• Prior experience in real estate CRM, banking relationship management, or customer documentation roles preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking payment schedules, dues, and customer communication logs.
• Knowledge of RERA documentation requirements including allotment letters, agreement for sale, and possession letters.
• Good written communication skills in English and Tamil for customer correspondence and follow-up emails.
• Ability to handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate ERP or CRM software platforms is an advantage for senior CRM roles.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
