• Handle walk-in and phone customer queries related to gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment options
• Explain loan terms, renewal processes, and top-up loan facilities to existing and prospective customers
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the branch manager promptly
• Support customers with documentation requirements for loan application and renewal
• Cross-sell related financial products such as insurance or savings schemes where applicable
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM or branch software system
• Coordinate with the gold loan officer and appraiser to ensure smooth customer service delivery

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 0-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking, NBFC, or retail
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and English
• Patient and empathetic approach to handling customer queries and complaints
• Basic computer proficiency including CRM or branch software familiarity
• Ability to explain financial product features clearly to customers with varying literacy levels
• Cross-selling aptitude for related financial products is an advantage
• Good multitasking ability to manage queries during high customer footfall periods
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
