📌 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse learner engagement data including video watch-through rates, lesson completion, quiz performance, and platform session patterns to identify content and product improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards in Tableau or Power BI tracking key EdTech metrics such as enrollment conversion, course completion, learner retention, and net promoter score.
• Conduct cohort analysis to understand how learner behaviour and completion rates vary across acquisition channels, course types, and student demographic segments.
• Design and analyse A/B test results for product experiments on the learning platform, evaluating statistical significance and providing actionable recommendations.
• Partner with product managers and academic teams to define measurement frameworks for new features and content initiatives, establishing baseline and target metrics.
• Extract and process large learner datasets using SQL and Python to answer ad hoc business questions from academic, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
• Identify patterns in learner dropout, low completion cohorts, and at-risk student segments to support the customer success and academic teams in proactive intervention.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or M.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science with one to five years of analytics experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying complex relational databases covering learner transaction, event, and content tables.
• Working knowledge of Python using Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tasks.
• Experience building reporting dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, with ability to design clear visualisations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for event-based learner behaviour analysis.
• Understanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing, correlation, and basic regression for interpreting A/B test and trend analysis results.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for academic, product, and marketing teams.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
